OP you really need to do some research on how to please a woman. Otherwise, as I've mentioned to several other OPs, you will die alone. It's all in the forplay, bring them to ****** before you slide it in. It will make subsequent orgasms during sex easier to achieve. It's all about paying attention to her and how she is reacting to what you are doing. It's hard for them to fake if your tongue is doing it's job. I can't help but thing women who fake orgasms are stupid. If a guy isn't getting you off, but you make him think he is, he'll think he's doing well and so keep doing what he's doing. If he needs to change his angle, or speed, or position, or anything like that, you have to tell him- we really can't read womens' minds. The "to make you feel better" excuse is BS too- the only way that's true is if she faked at the beginning (which is when you really shouldn't because it's more OK to give direction when you're getting to know each other physically), then she has to keep faking so as not make you feel bad when she reveals it, which only gets worse with time, especially once she inevitably gets tired of not getting off and tells you.
