Today, my girlfriend dumped me by text for another man while I was at work. While I worked the drive-thru, a customer noticed me choking back my tears and said "I'd be cryin' too if I worked your dead-end job." FML
Today, my fiancée broke up with me over text message while I was away for work. She later posted photos of her and her new boyfriend on Facebook, while still wearing my engagement ring. FML
Today, I was driving to work and I got a text from my girlfriend. She said she was breaking up with me. I was a little heartbroken, but I had to get on with my day. I got to work and my boss fired me. Turns out, my boss and girlfriend have been having an affair and she told him to fire me. FML
Today, I quit my job that my girlfriend and I worked together at. Fellow employees are not allowed to date one another and I said it would be ok if I was the one to leave. When I got home to her and told her that I quit, she decided to break up with me. I now have no job and no girlfriend. FML
Today, my current wife left me for my ex-wife. FML
Today, my boyfriend dumped me. He decided he would be a gentleman and do this to me at work, over text, during a rush of unsympathetic customers, the day before our anniversary. FML
Today, my girlfriend came to my workplace to tell me she was breaking up with me. My boss, who was passing by, fired me for "chatting with friends" during work hours. FML
Today, my girlfriend left me for my best friend. Over a text message with "lol" in it. FML
Today, I was fired from a managerial position I've held for two years due to "inappropriate relations with a subordinate": I was dating a coworker. My girlfriend then broke up with me four hours later. Because I no longer had a job. I hired her. FML

FML? Hell no. YDI? Yes, you truly do. I'm sure she really appreciated you leaving her for some chick you met at your minimum wage shit hole job after staying engaged to you for five years. so, let me guess, you were gonna marry your ex-fiancée and let her carry you on her back? it's great to know that that's your plan for marriage. i'm sure you would have made a great husband... but really, it's not about money; it's the quality of person you're with. you don't want to be with a chick who has money, but has an attitude problem (or similar issue). conversely, you probably don't want to be with a woman who doesn't have the means to support herself. it's all about balance, my man... |the kid|
