Today, my brother was playing one of those old street fighter games. He suddenly asked me what "K.O." meant. I told him it meant "Knocked Out," but he started getting mad at me because "'knocked' isn't spelled with a 'k'". He's 17. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Today, my brother got upset at his video game and flung his DS at the wall, just as I was walking by. I got knocked out to the sound of someone crossing the finish line in MarioKart. FML
Today, I'm sitting in the ER with a broken finger, all because I beat my little brother in a Wii game. He ran over and twisted my finger, saying, "Now how are you going to beat me, cunt?" FML
It's the new thing
Today, my 14 year-old son got into a fight with his 15 year-old cousin. I say fight, my son just practically lamped him into orbit. When I yelled and asked why he did that, my son said, "He was mogging me." I had to get my phone out to look up what that even meant. I'm still not sure what it means. FML
Heated gaming moment
Today, my friend beat me at a video game. He got smug, so I made an "I fucked your mom" style joke. Yeah, kina forgot for a minute that his mom died last year. FML
Today, I'm playing basketball with my little brother. After jokingly blocking his shot, he turns to me and says, "You're a bitch." He's 6. After I asked him where he heard that word, he responded with, "Daddy calls you that when you're not around." FML
Today, I had to pick my son up from school after he beat the crap out of another student. The words that made him go nuts were apparently, "You mad, bro?" FML
Today, my 19 year-old brother called me a moron and told me to go read a book, after I corrected him when he said girls don't have colons. FML
Learning moment
Today, I was babysitting my 6-year-old brother and was playing Mario. When I won, he called me a cunt. I was in shock and asked him where he learnt the word. He said from me when I was driving. He then told my mum that I taught him a new word. Easy to say, I'm in big trouble. FML
Hammered
Today, my brother-in-law wanted a boxing match, which was the last thing I wanted since he’s a trained boxer. The last thing I expected was to knock him out cold on my first swing. My wife is now mad at me because he’s sulking, and I “could have held back to be a good sport.” Um, what? FML
Terrible prank
Today, while I was in my room sleeping, my little brother deemed it necessary to come in and drop a book on my face. When I sat up with a now bloody nose, he looked at me, pointed, and said "You've just been Facebooked" and ran away giggling. FML

What is wrong with the youth of today
Tripartita 45
Statistics suggest otherwise. We're a generation of people who have a text-based presences the likes of which hasn't existed before. Studies find that heavy IMers and SMSers do better on grammar and spelling tests. This is FML; it represents a minority of idiots who make it into stories. The posters of these stories, on the that hand, tend to be rather eloquent.

*other hand Oh, the irony. It burns.

Oh man, that irony is funny. And I don't think it's SMS'ers who speak properly, but the ones who speak with grammar, as most of them go: "brb gtg ttyl"

to be fair nocked is a word.
Dynosaur_dollie 38
While it is in fact a word it has to do with archery and nothing to do with the weird knocked. I also highly doubt the brother was thinking of nocked the archery term.

Actually K.O. Was first the ticker tag for the Coca Cola company. So it should really mean "Coca-Cola."

Your brother must be mentally retarded.
Tripartita 45
Your brother is going to have a gnarly time becoming a czar or knight. I hope he comes up with some kind of mnemonic device to help him remember.

May I know what your comment is supposed to mean?
