Today, my boyfriend decided that a good time to have our first kiss was on a roller-coaster, right before a huge drop. He bit through my lip. FML
Today, I was making out with my boyfriend. He got a text and reached over to get his phone. In the process, he elbowed my face and busted my lip. He laughed. FML
Today, I was helping my boyfriend in the garden. When I wanted to break a piece of wood, I lost my balance. Head first against a stone. Result: five stitches in my upper lip, and a loose tooth. FML
Today, while my boyfriend was sneaking out before my parents awoke, he slipped on some ice and fell on their car. The alarm went off. FML
Today, I ran up to my boyfriend to kiss him when he got home from work. I tripped and I fell on him, and he fell backwards. He ended up hitting his head on the sidewalk and had to get stitches. He also had a concussion. FML
Today, I was making out with my boyfriend. It was going well until our braces got caught. Out of pain, I tried to pull away, which made my eyes water. Then I sneezed in his mouth. FML
Today, my girlfriend went in for a kiss too fast and broke my front tooth. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were play-wrestling on the couch. I got thirsty, so I got up and grabbed a metal water bottle and drank out of it. He tried to playfully touch it and spill water on me, but instead hit it hard enough to where it slammed my mouth, chipped my tooth, and cut open my lip. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I shared our first kiss. When I leaned in on him, he fell over backwards and smashed his head against the floor. FML
Today, I was out skating with a guy I really like. I put on my best moves, to impress him. I ended up slicing his lip open with my skate mid-jump. His lip is now wired shut by twelve stitches. FML

No, they mean they bit through their lip like what happened to the OP (except for the fact it was the OP's boyfriend) when they were four...not the kissing part.

No, "We we're" would make it read "As we we are about..." Similar thing happened to my brother, he came of his bike, his brace went through his lip, and he now has a massive scar there for life. :/

I'm not really sure whether to believe this. He might have bitten your lip, but for his tooth to go the whole way through? I would have thought his head would more likely bounce off yours, smacking your heads together perhaps... but to go right through your lip? I know people can do that to themselves (my brother did when he fell running up a flight of stone steps when he was 4). But to have another person do it to you... he must have actually bitten your lip and not just fallen. Majorly sucks if it's true though.

actually, it's not that hard. my friend just BIT her lip when she was only 11 and my teeth went straight through. Trust me, she has a scar now cuz here tooth literally went through her lip. I was there... it was gross
