Today, after a week of not seeing each other, my boyfriend has a three day break from work. This would be great if he hadn't just told me he's having a Guild Wars 2 marathon. Now all I have to look forward to is slow wifi and anguished screams every time his character dies. FML
Today, I gave the option to my boyfriend of 5 years to either quit World of Warcraft of lose me. He said WOW makes him happier. FML
Today, it became apparent that my boyfriend only showers when he levels up on World of Warcraft. FML
Today, I realized that my long term boyfriend still prefers video games over his kids and our sex life. I haven't had sex in over a month. FML
Today, I was about to have sex with my boyfriend. His best friend called and said he just beat God Of War 3 and that my boyfriend could borrow it. He got up, got dressed, ran to his car and told me I could walk home. FML
Today, my boyfriend dumped me because he said the relationship was too tough for him. When I asked for an example, he responded, "Like, I don't have enough time to play World of Warcraft." FML
Today, I asked my boyfriend to ravish me. He told me he would rather play PS3. FML
Today, my boyfriend refused to take me out on our three year anniversary because he was busy, "training to become a professional gamer." FML

Oh I feel ya, my boyfriend (and brother, too) got Skyrim the night it came out and had warned me in advance I wouldn't be seeing as much of him for a while. I like that idea of buying the game yourself and getting better at it than he is though, that's genius :D

Or heres an alternative he'd probably like too... Play video games with him... Itll provide together time at least... My husband and I play WoW and other video games together on a daily basis nearly and we still have an active sex life... Sure as hell dont go a month without sex over a new video game... Case in point, he bought Battlefield 3 the other day, came home, ****** me, I went to bed and he played his game... Win win for both of us
