Today, my best friend invited me to dinner at his house. When I went to the toilet, I found my wife's wedding ring in a cup, which she'd lost a week ago. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
My precious
Today, I found my wife crying. She said she’d lost her diamond ring. I backtracked her activities and suggested where to look. She found it in the fridge. She now thinks I hid it there. FML
Today, my husband of one week lost his wedding ring while we were preparing for a dinner party. After a thorough search and no luck, I started to cry. He told me to quit being a drama queen because we had guests. He then got drunk with his friends, puked on the patio, and called me a bitch. FML
Where is it??
Today, I noticed I'd lost my wedding ring after returning home from a long, tiring day of painting our newly purchased home. After driving back and forth to the house for more than an hour to go looking for it, I found it tucked away in my back pocket. FML
Lord of the lost rings
Today, despite been married for less than two days, my husband has managed to lose his wedding ring. FML
Insecure
Today, my husband went on a boys' night but I found his wedding ring on the nightstand so I confronted him when he got home. He was wearing his ring. What I had was a brass olive ring for plumbing so now I look like a jealous idiot. FML
Today, a woman somehow managed to drop her wedding ring into the garbage at the fast food place where I work. I had to search through a full bag of half eaten food and soda to find it. FML
Today, I realized my wedding ring was missing. Turns out, my son had taken it to give to a girl he likes in the second grade. FML
Today, I got home to find my dog had found and eaten my wedding rings. I get married in 2 days. FML
Today, after spending 12 hours desperately searching everywhere I could think of, I'm forced to admit I left my wedding ring in the bathroom of the hotel suite we just spent our honeymoon in, on the literal other side of the planet. I am a dead man. FML
Today, I bought a used car from a friend of mine. After getting the car home and further inspecting it, I found one of my wife's earrings in the backseat. FML

Maybe she took it off whilst she had hardcore; passionate and exhilerating sex with him. Maybe.

You are all blaming it on the wife maybe his best friend stole it from him and gave it to his wife and she left it there

Or MAYYYYYBEEEEEEEE, as you are BEST FRIENDS!!! you and your wife probably visit him, even your wife on her own might visit him, having formed a friendship, or planning something, or helping him out with something, and her ring was left there by mistake! If it was an affair, he wouldn't just leave the ring in the bathroom where you could see it.

1. Why would she take off and lose her wedding ring at his house? 2. If he did find it why wouldn't he tell the wife so it wasn't "lost" anymore? 3. If he did tell the wife why wouldn't she pass it on to her husband? A lost wedding ring would be a huge deal, not something to just "forget" It seems WAY more plausible she was having an affair and took it off. Besides if you confront her all sweetly it's a whole lot easier to come up with a lie than surprising her with it and catching her off guard.

Would it really be worth taking the ring off if they were having an affair? He's his best friend... It's not like he doesn't know she's married.

A lot of women, myself included, take off their rings to wash their hands. I'm a germaphobe and the idea of bacteria gathering beneath my rings freaks me out. Anyway, wouldn't it be weird if his best friend said, "Hey, your wife left this at my house." Then he would still be suspicious. Leaving a wedding ring anywhere for any reason never ends well.

Maybe it's a **** ring as well. Very small, of course.

Maybe she took it off in the bathroom and left the ring in there. Then, when your friend found the lost ring he put it in a cup for her?!?!? Or, it couldve even fallen down the drain and he found it?
