Today, I was on my way to work and someone cut me off. I then switched lanes and sped past the person as I flipped them off. What I didn't notice was that the person that cut me off was my boss. He's been shooting me dirty looks from across the room all morning. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Bad sign
Today, my boss flipped me off in traffic on my way to work. FML
Today, I was driving to work when I was almost hit by a teenage driver. I gave her the finger and shouted "F*** you!" making sure that she heard me. I then saw my boss glaring at me from the passenger seat. FML
Today, I snuck out of work 2 hours early. As I was speeding away so I wouldn't be seen, I rear-ended my boss as he was leaving the lower parking lot for a late lunch. FML
Force of habit
Today, while crossing the street, I was honked at by a stopped car. I responded with a finger and a "Fuck you!" It was my boss who just wanted to say hi. FML
Today, my boss was being a total asshole. While in the bathroom, he turned his back on me, so I gave him the finger, mouthed obscenities, and pantomimed stabbing him with a knife. He was looking in the mirror and saw everything. FML
Public freakout
Today, while driving into work, a guy cut me off and I yelled some nasty things out of my window at him. He heard me, followed me to work, took a baseball bat out and then chased me into the office. He also smashed my windshield on his way out. FML
Today, while going to lunch with my boss, he asked me to check and see if the other lane was clear. When I did, he swerved hard, making me smack my head into the door window. This is apparently his new favorite thing to do. FML
Today, I was on my way to work behind a very slow car. At a red light, the lady came over and punched me in the face for following her too closely. We are coworkers and our desks are next to each other. FML
Today, I was in a bad mood after being stuck in traffic for 2 hours and late for work. I was walking to my building when I saw a 100 dollar note flying my way. A man called after me for it, but being selfish I took the note in my pocket as a little reward. That man was my boss. Yes, I'm fired. FML
Today, my boss drove past me while I was walking to work, and splashing mud over my uniform. When I got to work, he criticized me for showing up in unpresentable condition. FML

Haha I like that, it's cute!

Oh, I hate people like your boss, thinking they're somehow more important that they can just cut right in front of you. I'd have done the exact same thing. Good for you.

I hate people who cut me off, too, but I just don't understand this mentality of escalating road rage incidents. And I really hate people who did what OP did. You're going to chase someone down, possibly putting other drivers in danger and creating a traffic situation, just so you can show the other driver your finger. I'm sure the other driver will really learn his lesson and it'll never happen again.

They didn't chase them down though? They just went around.

No, you shouldn't cut someone off like Boss did. That's his fault and he got what he got.

No, #5 is right. Either one of them could have caused an accident by reckless driving. They're both idiots.
undebatable52419 5
agreed, completely irresponsible to react like that on the road
MidnaLink 35
Well, Boss should've been responsible first and just stayed behind OP.

Don't know why you are getting downvoted. Granted, they are idiots, but boss started it by cutting him off and potentially causing an accident.
Dat_Class_Tho 26
#19, Because safety is more important than a pissing contest. The boss creating a dangerous situation does not give OP the right to make ANOTHER dangerous situation. OP was just as likely to cause an accident, and would have been legally/financially responsible for it. Telling the cops "B-but, HE started it!" won't get you out of a reckless driving charge. More importantly, it won't undo the damage done.

He's probably gonna shoot you a pink slip soon. Get your resume ready and learn to keep that flipping bird under control.

plot twist indeed

Give him dirty looks right back. Just because he's your boss doesn't mean he has power over you about non work related things.
lantz4levi 19
Kinda does. Op can be fired and therefore can't pay bills, won't have money to eat, and not to mention taking care of kids if he has any.
Twid 16
Yeahhhh, no... he basically has control over OP. That's how life works...

Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.
