Today I had a narrow escape with a nailgun that nailed my workboot to the floor but luckily missed my foot. After I calmed down and changed boots I returned to the nailgun, started working again and barely 30 seconds later I managed to nail my thumb to a piece of wood. Man, I'm bad at my job. FML

Today, I was riding my bike when I passed a derelict house that recently burned. Curious, I dismounted and went inside. I stepped on a nail, and while I was staggering in agony, I hit a weak spot in the floor and broke my other leg. FML

You gotta watch out for those nail guns. You mess with them, they will come shoot you in the leg, sometimes they just use baseball bats though. At least they only sent one, in a crowd, they start flaunting how tough they are and things go from bad to ugly fast. I have a friend on the LAPD nail gun unit, he tells me some gruesome stories.
