Today, the fitting room of the store I worked in smelled really bad. The customers started to complain and since I was on fitting room duty I went to go investigate. A middle aged woman pooped on the floor and then put the chair on top to cover it. FML

Today, I once again had to clean up a shower and bathroom covered in feces, because of client with incontinence. It smelt so bad that I couldn’t hide my reaction; the client saw my face and I could see the embarrassment on theirs. I spent the rest of the day feeling like an asshole. FML

Today, I had to flush someone else's shit in the public washroom at work. It was so vile, I didn't want to get anywhere near it, so flushed it with my foot, only for it to slip off the handle and into the toilet. FML

Today, I work maintenance at a warehouse store. I had to clean the men's stall because someone had pooped on the seat, the floor, and got some on the wall. When I took my break, I noticed that my fellow maintenance coworker had poop on his pants and shoes. I then realized that I just cleaned up his “mess.” FML

Today, I had to shit worse than I thought possible at work. I left my desk and hurried towards the bathroom, dropping trou as soon as the door closed. I then tripped over my pant leg, hit my head on the toilet, and came to some minutes later with my ass spewing diarrhea like a volcano. FML

Today, I work in a grocery store and a woman suffering from diarrhea somehow managed to get shit up and down two of the store aisles, then go to the ladies room and mess up the stall. I was the only one working trained in deal with bio-hazardous waste so I had to clean it up. FML

Today, I had to clean up human poop that someone trailed through the store. Then, as I was cleaning up all the shelves at the end of the day, I saw that someone had changed their sanitary pad, took a new one out of the packed and used it, then left the used one on the shelf. FML

That's exactly what I tell myself everyday at work. It's the motto to live by to get through the day, Especially in retail. By the way this might be a new trend , someone peed in our fitting rooms the other day, so disgusting.

For some reason a bit of Biology from school stuck in my head. Fecal matter is not excrement since it is not excreted (generated) by the body as per urine, sweat, tears, saliva etc. It is just a digestive waste product. Still, FYL, sorry to hear that OP.

44 - I think your prof was right, you just worded it poorly. Fecal matter is excrement (by definition), but excrement is never actually excreted by the body because the definition of excretion is "To separate and discharge (waste matter) from the blood, tissues, and organs." Feces are never actually moved to/from the bloodstream, they stay in the gut the whole time they're in your body.

I've heard of that happening before when I worked at Macy's. cleaning up fitting rooms is a shitty job. I worked them before and told my kids- don't EVER leave them a mess. Someone has to pick up after you. Def, a shitty job.
