Well that is stupid, you could dispute the ticket if you have evidence they were in your spot, like a pictute.

**** that! When someone parks in my spot I get pissed. Then get a piece of paper and pen and write a note saying "i don't know if you noticed, but#82 is not your apt. Number therefore not your parking spot. So move your car before its towed :)"

My neighbors did the same shit to me once. Once. I simply parked in such a way as to block them in, but not cause a problem for anyone else.

See, the average person would've parked off to the side, or on their own driveway if there was any space and then called the cops instead of being a dumbass and try to counter them.
