Today, I found out I have an option on my phone to postpone the sending of my text messages. I thought it would be cute to send my boyfriend texts saying, "I love you and sweet dreams" every night at midnight for a month. He broke up with me and now I can't figure out how to stop the texts. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, my boyfriend broke up with me via text message. Every 20 minutes or so, I'll get a notification that I have a new message, and I check it just to find that same message sitting there. I'm being trolled by my own phone. FML
Today, I broke up with my boyfriend of 2 years because I was tired of his childishness and anger, so he decided to send me 540 random text messages of scrambled letters in order to mess up my phone as well, as make me pay 20 cents for each message. FML
Girl power!
Today, I was trying to break up with my boyfriend over text. I was being really careful to phrase it nicely, and I hit send with a sigh of relief. Except I sent the text to my mom, who now keeps sending me unsolicited advice about my "love life" with an occasional "You go, girl!" FML
Now listen here, you lot…
Today, I sent out a Happy Snow Day text to 20 of my closest friends. My boyfriend, who doesn't have an iPhone, didn't realize it was a group text. He sent back a text breaking up with me. To all the people in the group message. FML
Spineless
Today, I received a text from my boyfriend breaking up with me. Not only was this a bit cowardly but he'd also sent it in a reply to our last interaction on our phones, a group chat with some of our friends, who started commenting with sad face emojis before I had even had the chance to see it. FML
Today, at exactly midnight, I get a text from my boyfriend saying we were done. I had just seen him 4 hours ago when we were out celebrating my birthday, and asked why he didnt just tell me then. He replies 'I couldn't break up with you on your birthday but i wanted it to be over ASAP' FML
Yikes
Today, my boyfriend of two years sent me a text message saying, "Don't worry I'm gonna break up with her soon. Love you." FML
Guilt trip
Today, I sent my boyfriend a sweet text message, since he recently complained that I'm rarely romantic. Instead of being happy, he decided that since it's so out of character for me, I must be cheating on him and must have only sent it out of guilt. FML
Today, I woke up to a text from my boyfriend that said, "Dude, I think she knows I'm going to break up with her." FML
Today, I got a text from my girlfriend saying she needed more phone credit, so I bought her more and got another message saying "Great, now I have enough credit for this..." as she spelled out a three page message breaking up with me. Yes, I paid for her to break up with me via text. FML

To #20: So, something "sweet for him" is waking him up every night at midnight? "Gee honey, you woke me up at midnight again last night, that's so sweet of you." I would have dumped the slag too (slag = my new favorite word! Thanks Mark266!)

Why do you assume that he would be asleep?

lol if my girlfriend kept sending me texts "good night" and "good morning" of course I would consider her a clingy bitch thats not sweet at all. Guys dont think "text good mornings" are sweet. So yes #20 she is what I would consider a clingy bitch

Whoa! Holy crap guess what guys dont give a **** if their girl friends send them "i love you honey good night" every single ******* today clogging up the text inbox. That is called clingy and needs to get some friends

I love how everyone assumes that the boyfriend is being "woken up" by the texts every night. Apparently every commenter on that matter knows the boyfriend personally and what time he goes to bed. Programing the phone to send texts for a month? Yeah, it's childish and a sign of a juvenile relationship, but not an indicator needy, clingy bitch. To donkey_hang_down: beardo8 has no knowledge of ******. He just found out how to work the "ctrl+c" and "ctrl+v" hotkeys and is being a douchecanoe troll.

Yeah, i think that is super cute. Not needy. Lord forbid a girl be sweet. Besides, if he were asleep then he just wouldn't see the text. I agree, its sweet. Un-slagish
