Today, I finally worked up the guts to add the guy I like on Facebook. To make it less obvious, I added 15 other people as well. Everyone added me back, except him. FML

Today, I finally worked up the courage to start a Facebook chat with a guy I really like. It went so well, and he even agreed to hang out sometime. Seconds after we finished our conversation, he changed his status to, "Desperate bitches really piss me off." FML
Today, I made a new friend at my college campus, which was great, until I added him on Facebook and he started liking posts from 3 years ago, asking if he could be my "dirty little secret" because he knows that I have a boyfriend. FML
Today, I worked up the courage to comment on my crush's picture. I wrote, "Cool picture" on his Facebook profile picture. Pleased with myself, I later logged on to see if he had replied. He had. Well, at least he took the time to reply, "Who the fuck are you?" FML
Today, I found out my boyfriend added his ex on Facebook and Instagram, all within a few days. Lucky me. FML
Today, trying to be nice, I added this really shy kid from my English class on Facebook. Within minutes, he started going through all my pictures and tagging himself as my breasts. FML
Today, my social anxiety got so bad that I'm now afraid to add people on Facebook. FML
Today, I finally worked up the courage to ask my crush out. Also today, she changed her Facebook status to "In a relationship." I'm so damn lonely. FML
Today, I felt left out by the fact that all my friends are getting married or have great relationships, and my boyfriend won't commit. I made a Facebook up and pretended to talk with this really cute guy I made up. Today, I found out that my boyfriend is gay when he started hitting on my made-up Facebook guy. FML
Today, I took a picture of myself and put it on Facebook. After I did so, I realized that in the background, you can see my crush's Facebook page up on my laptop. He tagged himself. FML
Today, I was talking to this guy I like. He's very private and hides all his photos and wall posts on Facebook. Or so I thought, turns out he has me on a restricted friends list, titled "Creepers." FML

When you meet people, does your Facebook auto-add them? Do people who have no Facebook have no friends? I am very selective with my Facebook friends. I don't add people that I know somewhat, I only add actual friends. Usually I don't even add the guy I'm dating until after we're serious.

I am exactly this way. I have Facebook and rarely get on it. Maybe quarterly even if someone made me check it. The co-coworkers who have requested me all know I dont get on, because they realize I still haven't accepted after a month and say something. I had one actually stand behind me to make sure I did and another write FINALLY BITCH when I accepted 2 months later,which I see on a daily basis. (Work in IT sales with characters). And even when other people request, it really won't happen ever. Already friends with the ones that matter and don't need to see my info. Point is not everyone gets on Facebook nor when we do accept people other than good friends, eventually. :-)
