Maybe you should, I don't know, shower and or bath regularly so you don't have lint in the first place?

I know lots of folks who shower regularly and have extreme cases of belly button lint. Do you cleans behind your ears, between your toes or even your back? Most people let the shower do these jobs but they can also accumulate bacteria. Behind your ears and back are just prime real estate for oils and dirt which is where you get things commonly called "backnee".

It's not really dirty or a bad thing, my fiance's work shirt ends up leaving a small bit of lint no matter how clean he keeps himself. Don't really mind removing it if I see it, and it isn't dirty or gross it's just a part of life. No reason to feel ashamed or grossed out by a little ball of fuzz that is most likely perfectly clean.

I don't get why people think it's gross either. My bf has some 'shirt lint' in there as well. I get it out, just because I notice and it's a nice thing to do. It's kind of a habit, just like randomly patting his belly or cuddling spontaneously.
