The other notebook
Today, my boyfriend whipped out his proverbial notebook, where he obviously keeps notes of what I do and how I act during sex, and then grilled me about every single one of those things. Now I'm scared to do anything because I don't want to be interrogated about it later. FML

do it back. start telling him he's not hard enough, big enough or having enough stamina to please you.

find a new boyfriend, that's a controlling trait and you don't need that.

damn dude, have you tried not having sex with him, or does that lead to another notebook and interrogation

You meant to say "ex-boyfriend," right?

Trust me, a relationship that makes you afraid of anything isn't healthy. And if you're walking on eggshells and worried about being interrogated, that's a red flag. Maybe you should reevaluate the whole relationship.

Dump him, that honestly doesn't sound like a healthy relationship if he's grilling you about your behavior during sex. What's next? A notebook about how you dress? He's clearly the controlling type a d what he's doing is like some others said emotional abuse. Tell him it's bothering you, but if he doesn't consider listening to what you have to say, dump him. Immediately.

Dump him. This sounds like abusive behavior and will get worse the longer you stay or don't do anything about. Saying you're "scared" to do anything because you don't want to be interrogated later is a sign his behavior will start to spread to other things you do. Get out before he starts getting physical.

That's shitty but you're the one choosing to put up with it so unless you stand up for yourself or better yet end that toxic relationship it's on you Op. Toxicity doesn't change because you will the other person to. They gotta be ready for change. But you can try talking things out and figuring out a way to stop the toxicity together, it's rare but it can work.
