Today, my boyfriend and I were in bed and I asked him why he was with me. His answer was, "Well, the last girl I dated was really smart and she always made me feel dumb, so I decided to switch things up a bit. You make me feel like a genius, babe." FML
Today, after a hard day's work and emotional argument with my best friend, I sent my boyfriend a text telling him how much I loved him and cherished him in the hopes he would cheer me up with a romantic reply. He said "Sorry, I've only got 8 texts left." FML
Today, the guy I like took 15 hours to respond to my text. When I asked him why he took so long to respond, he said, “Chill, I’m not your boyfriend or anything, why are you asking me questions like that?” FML
Today, I got in a fight with my boyfriend. I sent him a long message pouring my heart out about how hurt I am that he constantly ignores me or responds to almost everything I say in monosyllables. He texted back "ok". FML
Today, my boyfriend came over and dropped off my phone, which I'd left at his place the night before. He immediately left in a sulk. As I looked through my texts, I discovered he was only so moody because I hadn't answered any of his calls or messages. I'm dating an idiot. FML
Today, I sent my boyfriend a long and heartfelt message. He responded with "tl; dr". FML

I don't blame him..she's obviously very needy and insecure if she needs validation from her boyfriend to feel better about herself and I'm sure she asks him questions like that all the time. that's annoying

as if no one ever has needed a pick me up. all she wanted was some kind words from some one she cares about. if she does this all the time then I would completely agree but if its an occasional thing then what's the big deal? if he's not exaggerating then she kinda does deserve it but he couldve been more nice about it since she was feeling down.

(I know I'm like really late on this but whatever) I kind of see where her boyfriends coming from, because I have a friend who does this all the time and I'm actually quite sick of it. She'll also do things along the lines of "Whoever hugs me first loves me more" or if you don't hug her at all, she'll get pissy. It gets kind of annoying when people ask those things, no matter how upset they are.

#2 fails. And people need to realize these random "deep" texts are just weird sometimes. It's weird to be going out your day as normal and getting a text from someone proclaiming their love for you or asking why you love them. If you do this kind of thing often, I'd get pretty annoyed too.
