Run away, fast
Today, even though we were together every day of quarantine, now that I’m working my boyfriend has become a completely different person. He’s now jealous, insecure and makes wild accusations. He’s called and showed up to my new job so many times the managers are threatening to let me go. FML

If he's going to act like that and risk your job then maybe it's time to let him go instead. His behaviour sounds very controlling... You can do better than little boys throwing tantrums

There needs to be boundaries in the form of threats laid down to deter his idiosyncrasies. Tell him to quit his bullshit and either find a job or you and him separate. Or simply stop the paranoid tantrums. He's a danger to you and himself acting like that where he might cost you his job. Complete prick.

He's actually a genius! The job market is so hot now you can probably make double what your old employer paid, and you don't have to go through the hassle of quitting. They might be sweating about a wrongful termination lawsuit, so they'll be nice to you. If your plan works, he's definitely a keeper!

Dump that Ross now. Also, I'm really disappointed in your managers, that they didn't put your safety first by calling the police.
