Today, I baked some brownies and after my mom ate one, I joked that I put weed in them. Turns out the placebo effect's a bitch, because she quickly started acting high as a kite. One bitch fit later, the brownies are in the trash and I'm grounded until I tell her where I bought the "weed". FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, I baked some regular brownies for my friend. Just to mess with him, after he ate some, I said they had weed in them. He trashed my room in anger, and still won't believe me when I tell him that I didn't actually slip him any drugs. FML
Today, my mom found my weed stash and went berserk, grounding me and saying she's going to have my bedroom door removed. Less than an hour later, I found her laughing and smoking the same stash with my dad in the backyard. FML
Today, my asshat roommate tricked me into eating a weed brownie. I thought it was his terrible attempt at baking regular brownies until it kicked in at college. I was so high, I started giggling like a schoolgirl when my instructor said "Dickens". Now everyone thinks I'm a retard. FML
Today, my mother has taken her drug paranoia to a new level. She threw away an open but nearly full bag of dried mint because she's sure I emptied and refilled the bag with marijuana to hide it from her. She then tried to ground me in my own house in front of my wife and daughter. FML
Today, my friend came over with brownies as a treat before work. She works in a bakery so I thought it was lovely. After starting work, I became stoned. She thought it was a great prank. I was fired. FML
Today, my mom accused me of smoking weed. Truth is, I'd just ripped the quietest and weirdest smelling fart of my life. She wouldn't believe me, accused me of making stupid excuses up, and grounded me. FML
Today, my mom thought I was flying high on weed and nearly grounded me for it. I wasn't high, I was just actually in a good mood for the first time in a few weeks. FML
Today, I made a batch of "special" brownies for a party I was going to tonight. I wrapped them up and put them on the counter with a note that said DO NOT EAT. Later on I came home from some errands to find a tray of half eaten brownies and my ten year-old sister passed out on the couch. FML
Today, my parents grounded me for finding their stash of weed. The irony is killing me right now. FML
Today, I made brownies for my co-workers. My boss called me into his office, and I though he was going to compliment me on the baking. Instead, he talked about how his 5-year-old daughter can make brownies better than me. FML

ouch, you hear about that, but never really know if it really happened. at least that shows that it can, and maybe warns you who you can't mess around with. sorry OP. hope she lets it go.

just for the record... you can taste weed in brownies, tbh they taste much better with weed in them... not that I'd know that from personal experience though. lol plus the whole house would smell like weed. on a side note... can a drug dog accurately hit on marijuana brownies? how do you know he doesn't just want a one? Lol Dog: "hmm... you know, I'm not quite sure. this sniff test is non conclusive. I'm going to have to move on to the taste test to be absolutely sure"

Why is 25 downvoted? Grapes(raisins are dried grapes), onions, garlic, avocado, chocolate, cooked bones, etc. are all bad for dogs. Might not KILL them depending on their size and amount ingested, but still not great for them. I say peanut butter cookies!! Yummy.

I don't know why 24 and 25 got down voted either. The skin in grapes have a toxin that can destroy dogs kidneys. I'd go with peanut butter cookies as well, but without, or at least with less, sugar.

If I had to count the amount of times I've heard "but this dog ate..!" Id be here forever. Some people really don't believe that it will kill them for that reason and won't listen to me if I tell them different. Or they might not like people being serious when they just want to giggle.

depends on how you make them. If you use butter to sautee the weed in, it draws out the THC. you keep the butter and toss the rest. use the butter to make the brownies, not that I'd know from personal experience

Your mother is an idiot. Tell her to take a drug test if she is that serious about thinking you drugged her/spiked the brownies. Simple solution, and if she didn't think of it, she was just looking for a reason to punish you.
