Nightmare mode

Today, I woke up with a pounding headache. My wife tells me that last night I woke up from a nightmare, screaming, tried to run away, and knocked myself out running headfirst into the bedroom wall. So she put me back to bed and went back to sleep. FML

Halloween

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.

Somehow I think you would be one of the first to go in a horror movie.

She must think you're a real knockout.

sleeping after you hit your head is the worst possible thing. because if you hit your head you could possibly have a concussion. especially you hit it that hard?! be happy you even woke up again

at least she put you back in bed

Your wife is cool

That's what she told you but maybe you were just snoring too loud.

What else was she supposed to do

Take him to the hospital? If he had a concussion and went to sleep he could have not woken up. It's kind of dangerous to sleep after a head injury.

Hahahaha. Kind of dangerous though. If you had a concussion it's not good to go to sleep. Hope your headache passes soon!

NyQuil, the coughing, sniffling, sneezing, hit your head on a bedroom wall medicine

That could be a symptom of concussion or compression(where swelling compresses the brain) I would suggest getting checked out asap especially if you get any dizziness or nausea

Lucky you didn't go into a coma

I doubt he hit his head hard enough to give himself a massive concussion or a hematoma. Contrary to popular belief, it is best to sleep as much as possible after a mild-to-moderate concussion for healing. Calm down, I doubt he has more than a lump.
