Grow up
Today, my boyfriend broke up with me, because apparently I need to "grow up". He's the one who excessively plays Call of Duty and still has Pokémon and Bionicles in his room. FML

Today, my boyfriend broke up with me because I don’t have a life outside of him. I don’t have any friends other than him, nor do I have any hobbies or interests; he’s the centre of my world. Apparently this makes me too available, needy, and codependent. FML

Dude, your boyfriend broke up with you and you posted a whiney FML about it? Who -really- needs to grow up?

Yep, you definately need to grow up. There's nothing wrong with playing video games and having 'collectables' (aka Toys) as long as they don't take over your life. Your childish reaction to this breakup shows me that you need to grow up regardless if he does or not.

You can play video games and have "childish" hobbies and still be mature. It's immature to assume otherwise... so I guess he was right.

#208 the OP is probably some naggy bitch who cant seem to please him with her constant rambling and complaining. And for dumping her, he is therefor, and always will be, somehow gay.

#200, the reason it has so many your life is ****** is because of mob mentality people see more comments against it and are afraid to be criticized so they comment against it as wellor vice versa, slot of comments for your life is ****** ppl didn't want to get made fun of so they went with that as well either way this shows most people as hypocrites or possibly just Internet trolls

#197 Seriously...you're diminishing the role and courage of any REAL soldier who has fought for this country when you compare their bravery and dedication to a video game!!! Why don't you serve your boyfriend with a ********...at least your mouth will be full so you can't say stupid things!

Having perceived child -related hobbies, and acting like a whiny bitch, are tow completely different things.

blah, blah, blah. She's immature, he's immature. Whatever, we will never really know. I still stand by my first comment. If she got down on her knees more often, Call of Duty or not, then he probably wouldn't have dumped her. Us guys are pretty simple creatures. If we get to do enough of what we enjoy, have ample food and get a steady supply of sex, then we are pretty much set.
