Today, I caught my mom using my toothbrush and washcloth again, despite her having both her own bathroom and supplies. I asked her to please not use mine, to which she called me an ungrateful bitch. My dad agreed. Yet they wonder why I've been desperately saving money to move out. FML

Today, after a fight, I caught my sister rubbing my toothbrush on the inside of our grimy toilet. This is why I have trust issues. FML
Today, my housemate walked out of the bathroom with my toothbrush in his mouth and asked, "You're not one of those people who cares if someone uses their toothbrush, are you?" FML
Today, my mom yelled at me because I refused to lend her money. The reason I won't lend her money? The last time I did, she and my dad went out and bought a Macbook and a new car instead of paying bills. Apparently, I'm being 'selfish' by keeping my own money and putting it towards university. FML
Today, my aunt, whom I live with, told me she is going to move out and demanded her half of the rent back, as she only spent two days a week there. When I told her that's not how rent works, she called my mom to tell her what a failure she had raised. Her own sons are unemployed drug addicts. FML
Today, my mother told me she thinks it is time for me to move into my own place. I agreed with her and went to look at studios/flats online. She later came into my room, saw me looking at places and then got pissed off at me, saying that I hate her for wanting to leave her. FML
Today, my step-mom stole over $100 in cash from me, dumped dirty cat litter all over my clean bed sheets, and called me a whore for having a polite conversation with my boyfriend. I confronted my father about it. He told me to forgive her, because she's "on her period." FML
Today, my mom's obsession with cleanliness hit a new low when she bitched at me for having trash in my trash can. FML
Today, my mother refused to talk to me because I wouldn't let her use my deodorant stick. FML
Today, my mother kicked me out of the house because her new boyfriend needs my room. Evidently he also needs my credit card, passport, and wallet too, because she kept all three, while tossing everything else out on the lawn. FML
Today, I got caught shoplifting a toothbrush. I'm flat broke and my roommate used my old one to scrub out her cat's puke stains off the carpet. FML

Get new bathroom supplies and hide them in your room or something....I know it doesn't solve the verbal abuse but at least you know you'll have unused things until you can afford to move out.

Sabotage time. Get some new secret supplies for yourself and dunk the toothbrush in the toilet.

This is when you go out buy a second toothbrush and washcloth of the same color (If you can, else buy 2 of the same and say it was time for new ones) Use the new one you leave in the bathroom on the toilet and find a way to leave a brown stain on the wash cloth. Then take the other set you actually use and make a spot for them in your bedroom were your parents wouldn't easily find them. On the plus side if the toothbrush is in your bedroom instead of the bathroom, it won't get covered in fecal matter when the toilet is flushed

Join the military. branches like the navy can get you ahead in life. Just because it's the military doesn't mean you will be in combat. They have nurses, radiologists, hospitals, mechanics, and many other jobs that avoid combat deployments. You want to get out of your situation do that.. that's what I did and I don't regret it for a second
