The point is that he had never seen her orgasm face before, which meant he never gave her an orgasm. So, if they had fooled around, he was unsuccessful. Therefore, it's unlikely that he would've suddenly been successful with sex when it's a lot to take in the first time as a guy. If they'd never fooled around, I very highly doubt he'd have been successful simply because he doesn't know what she prefers or what works for her.
Although I'm not denying it's possible to have mind-blowing sex the first time, the lack of a previous orgasm together makes me go, yeah right.

I highly doubt this is real. If both are virgins, it's likely to not last long (although it could), and be a tad uncomfortable (maybe not painful but at least awkward feeling) for the girl. Yes, it could be great. But, I highly doubt that the guy, being a virgin, would give her an orgasm the first time, especially if it was their first orgasm together. That's really what makes me think it's fake.
