Today, I got arrested for shoplifting. I don't know what's worse, that I stole a one dollar bottle of chocolate milk, or that I didn't have the dollar to pay for it. FML

I would say what is worse is the fact you thought you could just take something that was not yours and get away with it! If you were really thirsty go drink some water out of a tap! At least you can't get done for that.

There are library computers you idiot. In my town many people spend hours on them filling out online applications and hunting for work ads. Maybe OP got on FML as a break from all those applications hoping someone else's life would suck worse than theirs.

I don't know which is worse.. the fact that you posted an FML saying that you stole something and actually expected to get sympathy, or that people are actually giving you sympathy and making up ludicrous reasons to justify what you did. Thieves are pathetic.
