I like that everyone's all "Why's it on your DAD'S desk?" Um, maybe the OP doesn't have his own desk? I know when I was younger only my dad did, so my stuff would be on his desk if I was doing homework, and man would I have been pissed if he'd thrown it out.

i've never had summer homework in my life, but my teachers are all like "oh, do this reading program" and "go to this website to refresh your knowledge" and all that crap. but there are many many places that have summer homework, big packets of it. it's very common.

for you guys. 1. Summer homework DOES exist. 2. The OP may not have his own desk. My brother is in high school and still doesn't have his own desk. Not every ******* house has a room and a desk for every family member! 3. Handwritten assignments also exist. Stop using your own ******* standard to judge others.
