Today, I asked out the girl of my dreams, the girl I've loved for 3 years. I went to her desk and surprised her with roses, chocolates, and played “All I Want for Christmas is You.” She said no. On top of that, she ate all the chocolates. FML

Today, I had a date with a girl. Wanting to make a good impression, I spend a lot of time getting ready and by the time I get to the place we were supposed to meet she isn't there anymore. I call her to see where she is. She's in bed with another guy and says "I was REALLY waiting for you". FML

Maybe OP didn't know about the boyfriend. And even if he did, woman are not property. They can't be "stolen." If a girl chooses to leave her partner for another suitor, that's her decision.

Of course women aren't property, but it's still pretty crappy to try to get a girl to cheat with you when you know she's seeing someone. If the girl returned his feelings, she wouldn't be with her boyfriend.

Why are you assuming that a man courting a woman already in a relationship is trying to get her to cheat? I don't think there's anything wrong with letting someone know you're into them, regardless of their relationship status.
