Today, I discovered that my father is getting married. Overjoyed and confused because I didn't know he was dating, I called him up to congratulate him, and ask who she was. Apparently, his soon to be fiancée is my mother-in-law. My wife is not happy. FML

Today, I overheard my mother telling my sister that she expects my marriage to fall apart any day now. Apparently, I have no concept of what "marriage" really means. My husband and I just celebrated our 7th anniversary, while my mother is planning her 5th wedding. FML

to all those comments upon how getting married 8 times is so horrible that's completely up to the person. if they fall in love and it fails then what's the problem with them trying again? true love isn't always something you find off the first try so if you get married multiple time then who cares.
