Well I kind of know the feeling. A kid looking at the house for sale next to my boyfriends' house took his phone and sent me a break up txt. It hurt but u just have to say ok. Eventually he got it back, realized what happened, and explained everything. The way you reacted was immature though, both of you were. She shouldn't find it ok to do that.
