If anything, each person in the relationship should be handling their own affairs, so that when the desires of their loved one comes up, they're ready to give their full attention to pleasing them. Yes, you're likely correct in stating that if the OP "tried later the same day he would have done the same thing", but only because he was too lazy to go get or prepare food for himself in the first place, as evidenced by his responding only when food was brought *to* him. OP's boyfriend likely got up to eat, then disregarded sex with girlfriend afterwards; she posted this fml inferring as much. The only debate is an ambiguous 'right vs wrong' that he simply didn't seem interested in intercourse.
