stop b***ing around, you see he cares about you and your skin, if you don't cure acne your face may end up messed up

As a birthday gift, that is pretty tactless but he was probably just trying to help and was too shy to talk to you about your acne. I'm sure he had good intentions and wasn't trying to mock you.
