It could've been worse. One night my dad was having a horrible dream. He grabbed a handful of my mom's hair and began smashing her head into their headboard while he was still asleep. The noise and my mom's screams woke me up and I had to come help her wake my dad. Compared to that, one headbutt doesn't sound so bad.
