This reminds me of this advice website I go on all the time. There was a girl who was watching a romantic movie with her brother and a sexy scene went on. They both turned to each other and well I am just going to say they had sex. She pretty much said how much she loved her brother but the fact that no one would accept their love because well they are brother and sister. This reminds me of that.

Maybe I'm the only one to interpret this differently but I read it to mean that OP is very similar to the boyfriend's sister. It sounds more like an observation about OP than a statement about incest.
