Today, i was looking through my girlfriends Facebook account, only to see that the is not a single picture of me and her relationship status is still. single. We have been dating for almost a year. FML

That's no big deal. You don't need Facebook to validate your relationship...unless there's more to this fml?

I don't even use my Facebook. I only even keep it so that I can log into several sites and games that require it. My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year. Not only do I have no pictures of him on my account, my relationship status is single as well. Point is, "relationship statuses" on Facebook shouldn't matter. If you're in a relationship, good for you. I'm not sure why it's necessary to have the whole world know about it.

Why exactly were you looking through HER Facebook? That is an invasion of privacy and it shouldn't even matter if she has picture of you or what her relationship status is

#11 maybe he was actually looking at her profile via his own account? You can do that, you know. There was really no need to jump to the "I made her give me all of my passwords" conclusion.

Either she doesn't want to give up the attention she gets from others online, she's interested in someone else, or she needs to create the illusion of being single for business reasons. There aren't really other common/likely options for hiding yer relationship.
