Did he give you the money? After all, they were YOUR panties! If he wants to raise money, tell him to sell his OWN used underwear! It's just not right to sell other people's things, and then keep the proceeds. The owner gets the proceeds. If he doesn't cough up the money right away, take him to small claims court.
