Today, I was flying home to Milwaukee after a weekend in South Carolina. When I got to the airport, my reservation didn't match up with any flights. Turns out Expedia booked me on a flight that doen't exist. I spent ten hours waiting in the airport for a two hour flight. FML

Today, I was waiting at the airport for a flight when I looked down and realised that I had booked the wrong date. Frantically, I tried to rebook the flight, but it was completely sold out. Now, I'm stuck in the airport for the next 24 hours with nothing to do. FML

Today, due to a scheduling error, I spent an entire day and night in an airport, over 30 hours in total. Just as I arrived at the gate, I was informed that my flight had been delayed for another 2 hours. FML

Today, I was stuck at the airport overnight waiting for my flight for about 5 hours. I then went and looked at the departures board. It said that my flight had already departed. FML

Today, I was on a flight home. I wasn't going to arrive until midnight, so I was offered an earlier flight that got back at ten. I got to baggage claims and it turned out they lost my bag. I sat there for 2 hours. The people on my original flight left for home before I did. FML

Today, I spent six hours driving between two airports to try and catch my flight. Two trailer accidents, two construction zones, three detours, and one police escort later, the airline wouldn't let me on the plane. FML

Today, I was at the airport getting ready to go to Hawaii. The guy at the counter said my flight was delayed. It turns out that the flight that was delayed was a flight going to Miami. My flight left at the regular time, and my luggage was on it, because I checked in the night before. FML

Today, I booked a long distance flight across two continents, costing me over 600 bucks. I then got a confirmation email. For a different flight. I wrote to their customer service address, saying there has been an error, and to please either change or cancel the booking. I never got any reply. At all. FML

that sucks. some friends of mine were going to miss their flight and they got no answer at any of expedia's three numbers they called. they got stuck in prague had to spend a couple thousand to get home and couldn't get a refund. next time, dont book with expedia

I set up the travel arrangements where I work, and I HATE Expedia! I fly my coworkers Southwest Airlines any chance I get or book directly with the other airlines. Expedia only works out if everything goes according to plan.

Calm down, all of you. This happens all the time, with or without Expedia. It sure sucks, but when an airline cancels a flight, they never call anyone to let them know or anything. I've had entire flight plans ****** up from this numerous times before. Sucks, but it's just one of the risks of travelling.

I had an airline screw up my flight this weekend too. For everyone saying YDI, do you not realize that there aren't always flights leaving to every destination all the time, and when you miss your flight or something like this happens, you sometimes have to wait hours or days for another flight going to where you need?! Hope you got home all right!
