I might be over thinking this a little, but this could be both an FYL and YDI due to you not knocking first. If it was in your bedroom, or anything then I can sympathize. Maybe you needed to get in because you thought there was some sort of emergency, or maybe you thought you were there alone. I'm just throwing some ideas around, but I can't really click FYL or YDI until more details are posted.
