I done the same, get your self to a doctor, I am today paralyzed from the waist down on my left side. NOt fun and all for a sneeze and people making fun of it and not believing how bad it really was.

I was terrified, I am told to not sneeze ( not possible) or lean towards something hard so my back is straight. I am used now it been 10 years with a leg that doesn't do as it should.
