Have a talk with your daughter OP, lots of people do not consider possible consequences of sex whether it's children or std's and aren't emotionally ready for how that would potentially change their life.

YDI. Total, utter, complete, abysmal parenting FAIL. At least you aren't a grandparent, but if you don't get her a pregnancy test and find someone competent to explain sex to her, it's not going to last.
