If you shave your face it only makes it grow back thicker. I would try wax or laser hair removal. But don't shave it because when you're older (like middle age) people can see that you used to shave because of the way your skin grow after that.

You need more Estrogen. It will only decrease with age. I hear hormonal imbalances like that are something to get taken care of asap.

It's okay. Hairiness is just an unfortunate gene sometimes. I got super-hairy genes and my boyfriend is practically hairless, which means I have more hair on my face than he does on his whole body :/ and I'm light skinned with thick black hair. Sigh. Just save up money for laser removal I guess :c
