Today, I had to profusely apologize to a woman after my six year old son decided to crawl between her legs at the supermarket, then look up her skirt and loudly ask why she didn't have any panties on. FML

YDI. If a toddler had done this it'd be understandable, but a 6-year-old should know not to crawl around a store's floor. It sounds like you're one of those annoying parents who just lets their kids run wild in public.

Hilarious! I'm sure that the woman was more embarrassed than you were. Also that will be hilarious to tell when the kid grows up. Was the kid playing under a table at the supermarket? I'm really wondering how she could end up crawling there. Or did the lady's skirt look like a circus tent?

At 6 years old he needs to know that the floor in a store is not something to be crawling on and he should not be looking under a ladies skirt. On the other hand, why would anyone in a skirt have their legs wide enough (panties or not) for a 6 year old to "crawl between her legs at the supermarket" and stay there long enough to look up. I'm so sorry OP but the lady kind of deserved this for not being more vigilant, and you kind of deserved this for not paying close attention to where you munchkin was at in a public place. At the same time, neither of you deserved it. Such a conundrum. FYL

You're assuming to much sure some kids will crawl on the floor but the kids a six year old boy. It takes longer for guys to mature than girls.
