Today, I found out that my university had not accepted the internship I did when I was in college. They placed me in the same bank I interned in, with the same bank manager that I flipped the middle finger at after finishing my internship. FML

Today, as usual, I got to my internship early, did everything my bosses asked. At the end of the day, I was fired after 3 weeks of working unpaid overtime because they found an applicant with more experience for the job I applied to and they wanted to cut costs. FML

Today, I completed my two-month internship, where I have been working as hard as I could with the hope of being hired. My boss couldn't remember my name, and declined to be a reference. FML

Today, I found out I didn't get accepted into a program I was nominated to attend at work that all other applicants with less experience than myself did. I found out when they asked if I had gotten the acceptance email. They didn't even bother telling me I was rejected. FML

Today, I accidentally put down the wrong year for my university graduation, so when my prospective boss was checking my references he found no mention of my name in that year's list of graduates. He accused me of faking my qualifications and refused to hire me. It was a 6-figure salary. FML

Today, I got an email from the person I'm supposed to start an internship with next week, saying they're leaving the company. This has been planned since October and will be a year long. Now I have to try to sort things out as quickly as possible if I want to graduate on time. FML

Today, I got fired from my position as a financial investor for giving a client the exact investment he asked for, even though the investment was out of my mandate, and I had gone to my direct manager to authorize the investment. My manager was promoted. FML

After two interviews, pay negotiation and paperwork, as well as years of giving this place all my time, I found out my boss gave it to his friend's daughter, who has no experience or credentials needed for the position. FML

This one is semi fyl and semi ydi. Sorry that you have to work as an intern for another year. I know how much that sucks! However you shouldn't be mean to mean people, because they may be important in your life further on.

It's a GOOD thing that you have to redo your internship, since you obviously still have A LOT to learn about working in a professional environment. I don't care how much of a jerk your boss is, there's no excuse for the immature, childish, and unprofessional behavior you displayed. Sometimes in life you have to deal with people who are complete d*cks, but you have to deal with it. Grow up.
