Today, I found my bike that was stolen a week ago in front of someone's house. Now this wouldn't have been a problem if my husband didn't steal it to go meet with his girlfriend. FML

Yes it does matter, 84. If it's a joint account, one person can legally withdraw every cent regardless if it was the second person who deposited it. I work in a bank and I've seen this happen more than you know.

To clear this up, my bike was stolen a week before this happened. My ex-husband said nothing and I later found it in front of someone's garage. I investigated and shit went down.
