Today, I agreed to lend my daughter's inflatable pool to my neighbor for the day. Barely an hour later, I witnessed his son jump off their balcony, missing the pool by inches. He's now in hospital, and my neighbor has sworn to sue me, saying I'm responsible because the pool is mine. FML

Counter sue him for the distress and trauma that you and your pool suffered from having to watch it.

He can't sue because he missed the pool. If he landed in it and broke his leg or got injured he could then sue

Let him and counter sue for emotional damages of being wrongly sued in the first place ;)

not only is the pool your property, they did not take care as to not ******* dive into it, it was on their property, and they set it up...it's their own fault for being so stupid

that makes no sences. your neighbor must have brain damage.

Oh come on. You know darn well he can't sue you for anything. That's ridiculous.
