This comment is...idiotic. If she loved him that much she'd have balls say so instead of getting him pills for an anniversary gift. Hell, if my girlfriend says I'm lacking in bed I'll buy the ******* pills myself. OP's girlfriend was just being cheap, and this was just her way of saying he didn't satisfy her without actually having to say it.
