Today, at my workplace, a TV was installed just above my register at work which plays the same mind-numbingly awful 13 second ad on loop for the duration of our latest sale. The sale lasts for what are going to be three very long weeks. FML

I feel your pain ! I have a job in a shopping mall, I have to listen to stupid slogans over and over and over again... it will make you crazy in a matter of days, sorry to say ...

Tell your boss that it would make more sense to put the tv near the item for sale than near the register. Make a business case of it. Find real statistics. You may be able to convince management to move the tv. Otherwise, it sounds like you'll have a new clip in a few weeks...

Turn the volume off, in plug it, turn it off, or break it, you have a whole list of things you can do.
