Well, for starters, you said someone else called 911 and legally you are suppose to stay at the sight of an accident if you witnessed it (majority of places not all), so that person who called could easily say, "That old hag ran the dude over like he was a ******* speed bump." In HS there was a guy who used to be really mean to me (and alot of others), Took pleasure in tormenting others. I found out he died a few yrs after he graduated hs. He was hit by a car and his head was run over by the rear passenger tire. Karma!

if "someone" called 911 that means there were witnesses.... should have had the cops talk to the witnesses to verify that the woman was being fraudulent. On the other hand if you were not hurt why did you hang around waiting for the police to arrive?
