I would leave, she's probably just going to keep acquiring them until conditions inside her home deteriorate to the point of looking like the people on hoarders. I cant imagine her place is big enough to adequately house that many animals (cats require personal space). If you stay you're also setting yourself and future children for breathing and hygiene problems. Also if you end up living together do you really want to share the expense of that many animals - just for food and liter - never mind if one of them actually gets sick. Its not right of you to ask her to give any away so Id just remove myself from the equation. She probably wont take it too hard, I'm sure someone like that will be used to the idea of growing old alone.
