I'd say keep them, but it'll be a little suspicious to them when they know a year from now you don't have a kid and you haven't gotten any bigger or smaller.

Sorry OP sucks that because a woman is big they are assumed to be pregnant. I hope you turned away the gifts. Getting people back can be fun, but this is one of those times obviously it could get you arrested.
