Today, I found out that driving for 2 weeks on 3/4 of a tank doesn't mean my truck magically got more efficient, it means my gas gauge is broken. FML

So you drive a truck. Ok - so do I. And you noticed the fuel gauge was not dropping. So you concluded that suddenly, out of nowhere, your truck decided it was a non-existent 100 MPG hybrid?

I drive a Chevy and my gauge is broken too. Mine likes to go from full to empty in a matter of seconds. Like #14 said the trip odometer is a life saver!

if I don't do a bunch of extra driving I can do 2 weeks on 3/4 tank and still have some left
