Today, the most manipulative man I know decided he's going to get me to be his next wife. I'm still in therapy after breaking free from growing up in a violent and manipulative household. He's working with me, so there's limited options of getting out of his presence. I'm scared for my sanity and my freedom. FML

If he’s working with you you need to tell HR, either get him fired or force him to back off

You need to file a hostile work environment and sexual harassment complaint against him. Go straight to HR, use these words and do not let them fob you off. If there is no HR the get evidence on your phone of his behaviour and go to the police. Stalking and harassing someone for sex is illegal in most civilised countries and Germany has some pretty good laws. Don't let him bully you. It's scary as hell standing up for yourself but you will feel like a million euros when you do it. 🫂
