You do realise OP could quite easily be about 15 don't you... Or, like my younger brother, they could go to school full time and work three evenings per week plus weekends to save for college. But yeah, OP's mother does their laundry, cardinal ******* sin.

Same thing happened to me with my phone. I usually do my own laundry but it was starting to pile up because I was busy with school. My mom decided to "help" by throwing a load in the wash for me, but didn't check my pockets to see if anything important was in them. Luckily she found it before it went through the dryer so I was able to salvage it.
