Today, I found out my old high school class has a friend group on Facebook, so I applied to join but received a very frank and nasty message. Apparently they all remember me as “the Bullying Mean Girl” and all voted not to let me join. I was a nerd in high school and I was nice to everyone. FML

Today, I received 7 notifications on facebook. Girls in my grade were commenting on my photo because they knew the location of it. They then started to have a conversation and they planned a whole social event. On my photo. I wasn't invited. FML

Sometimes comments or questions just happen to engage some sense of hurt or annoyance people have over related issues and then more people pile on when they see a discussion going... It's impossible to "win" an on line discussion. Don't take it to heart unless you actually said or asked something that was particularly offensive... If you're tired of getting notifications of replies and other comments, you could just delete your initial post.
